RECOMMENDATION
recommendation
Adopt Resolution No. 24-XXXX entitled: A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Murrieta, California, making a finding to the City Council that the proposed additions to the Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2024/25 through 2028/29 are in conformance with the City of Murrieta General Plan 2035.

Environmental review is not required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Sections 15060(c)(2) (the activity will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment) and 15060(c)(3) (the activity is not a project as defined in Section 15378) of the CEQA Guidelines, Cal. Code of Regs., Title 14, Chapter 3, because it has no potential for resulting in a physical change to the environment, directly or indirectly.

PRIOR ACTION/VOTE

On June 14, 2023, The Planning Commission of the City of Murrieta discussed and reviewed proposed additions to the Capital Improvement Plan Fiscal Years 2023/24 through 2027/28 for consistency with the goals and policies implementing the City of Murrieta General Plan 2035 and reported the findings to the City Council. (Vote 5-0).?
