ABSTRACT
The City Council held a public hearing on April 21, 2026, to consider entering into a Development Agreement between the City and Murrieta Marketplace Holdings LP, a California Limited Partnership; Bonsall Service Station, LP a California Limited Partnership; and Scott-Murrieta Service Station, LP a California Limited Partnership related to the development of the Murrieta Marketplace for the development of a +/- 518,000 square foot shopping center on a +/- 49.7 acre property approved in 2018 (Project). The Development Agreement would extend the Project's approval period for an additional 10 years. Otherwise, the Project would expire on June 27, 2026.

Conduct the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 632-26 entitled: An Uncodified Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Murrieta, California, Approving a Development Agreement with Murrieta Marketplace Holdings LP, a California Limited Partnership, Bonsall Service Station, LP a California Limited Partnership and Scott-Murrieta Service Station, LP a California Limited Partnership to Extend the Entitlements for the Development of a Commercial Shopping Center at the Northwest Corner of Winchester Road (Highway 79) and Clinton Keith Road (Development Agreement).
