Approve an agreement renewal with SHI International Corp. to purchase SeeClickFix services and ratify payment in the amount of $25,337.58; and

Authorize using the City of Mesa, Arizona Cooperative Contract #2018011-02 to procure the services from SHI International Corp.

BACKGROUND
For the past three years, the City of Murrieta (City) has used SeeClickFix software to provide Murrieta residents the option to report a wide variety of concerns as they identify them within the City. The software makes it easy for residents to report concerns, such as potholes, graffiti, and abandoned vehicles, through a mobile app or the City website (www.murrietaca.gov/fixit). The service has been integrated with the Public Works maintenance management program to create a ticket-based system for the requests. Staff recommends renewing the services with SHI International Corp. (SHI) for another year (Attachment 1).

Section 3.08.295 of the Municipal Code authorizes the City to join with other public and quasi-public agencies in a cooperative purchasing program for the purchase of supplies, services, and/or equipment from a vendor at a price established by another public agency when the other public agency has made its purchase in a cooperative manner. SHI has been awarded contract 2018011-02 (Attachment 2) through a competitive bidding process led by the City of Mesa, Arizona, using the OMNIA Partners Co-Op program.
