NOTICE OF PENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP - TR  38228 FOR DISCOVERY VILLAGE LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM, or a time soon thereafter, at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, the City Council shall be notified of review and approval of final map application for Tract Map 38228 (TPM 38228).

 

An application was filed by Discovery Village LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company for Tentative Tract Map No. 38228 to subdivide 55.8 acres into eight (8) parcels for residential and non-residential innovation uses. Included with the development are 18.8 gross acres for innovation use and 34.2 acres for Residential multi-family use.

 

Engineering staff has completed a review of the final map for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the Murrieta Municipal Code. Final Tract Map TR 38228 conforms to the conditions of approval and the tentative parcel map. All dedications and mitigation required in the conditions of approval have been offered and secured.
