ABSTRACT
The following agenda report seeks the Community Services District Board of Directors' preliminary approval of the Engineer's Annual Levy Report for the Community Service District and their intent to levy the corresponding rates and charges for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026/27. Upon acceptance of the Engineer's Report, a public hearing date will be set. The agenda report details the history of the levy of annual assessments, the costs and expenses which these assessments cover, and the changes to be discussed at the upcoming public hearing. The outcome of this agenda report does not formally accept any monetary changes to levy assessments.

Adopt Resolution No. CSD 26-287, entitled: A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Murrieta Community Services District, (1) Declaring its Intention to Levy the Annual Rates and Charges for Services Within the Murrieta Community Services District, Fiscal Year 2026/27, (2) Preliminarily Approving the Engineer's Annual Levy Report for the Murrieta Community Services District for Fiscal Year 2026/27, and (3) Designating the Time and Place for the Public Hearing on These Matters.
