Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Glenn Lukos Associates, Inc.;
Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with RICK; and
Authorize the Mayor to execute both Amendments.

PRIOR ACTION/VOTE
On October 16, 2018, the Murrieta City Council adopted Resolution No. 18-3995, approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Murrieta Youth Soccer League for a proposed soccer facility at Los Alamos Hills Sports Park (Vote: 5-0)1.
On June 4, 2019, the Murrieta City Council adopted Resolution No. 19-4091, approving an amended and restated Memorandum of Understanding with Murrieta Youth Soccer League regarding soccer facilities at Los Alamos Hills Sports Park and waiving all private development fees associated with the soccer facility (Vote: 4-0-1)2.
On April 6, 2021, City Council passed Resolution No. 21-4376 authorizing an agreement with Harris & Associates to provide a project manager for the Los Alamos Sports Park Soccer Project (Vote: 5-0)3.
On December 7, 2021, City Council conceptually approved the plan to move forward with seeking the entitlement for the proposed Los Alamos Sports Park Soccer Project (Vote: 5-0)4.
On March 20, 2024, the City Manager approved an Agreement with Glenn Lukos Associates, Inc., for biological surveying and permitting with the Agencies.
