BACKGROUND
On September 5, 2023, during the Council Member Requests to Add Items to Future Agendas portion of the meeting, Council Member Ron Holliday requested and received consensus to discuss Charter Cities at a subsequent City Council meeting.
Council Member Holliday will introduce the discussion on potential benefits and limitations regarding Charter Cities.
