RECOMMENDATION
recommendation
Accept the improvements for the Pedestrian Safety Enhancements 2020/21 project, CIP No. 13040, and Pedestrian Safety Enhancements 2021/22 project, CIP No. 13045, as complete;
Direct the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release bonds in accordance with State law and City Ordinances; and
Release any remaining retention from CIP Nos. 13040 and 13045 in accordance with State law and City Ordinances.

PRIOR ACTION/VOTE
On November 19, 2019, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 19-4183, authorizing the allocation of Community Development Block Grants funds for Fiscal Year 2020/21, and authorized the City Manager to execute the required supplemental agreements with the County of Riverside (Vote 5-0)1.
On December 1, 2020, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 20-4341, authorizing the allocation of Community Development Block Grants funds for Fiscal Year 2021/22, and authorized the City Manager to execute the required supplemental agreements with the County of Riverside (Vote 5-0)2.
On December 7, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 21-4502, authorizing the allocation of Community Development Block Grants funds for Fiscal Year 2022/23, and authorized the City Manager to execute the required supplemental agreements with the County of Riverside (Vote 5-0)3.
