On June 26, 2024, the Murrieta Planning Commission held a public hearing and adopted Planning Commission Resolution No. 2024-05.

BACKGROUND
On June 26, 2024, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and, after discussion, adopted Planning Commission Resolution No. 2024-05, authorizing the filing of the environmental determination and approving the Development Code Amendment (MCA-2023-00003) for the purpose of revising and updating portions of the Murrieta Municipal Code Chapter 16.
A public hearing notice for the September 3, 2024, City Council meeting was published and posted on August 23, 2024, in accordance with the law. However, City staff require additional time and are requesting that the public hearing be continued to September 17, 2024.
