BACKGROUND
In accordance with California Government Code (CGC) ? 37208, the attached consolidated check register is being presented to the City Council for ratification. To improve transparency, this report provides detailed information on checks and electronic fund transfers including Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Wire payments. This report also summarizes amounts for payroll. Staff have reviewed the request for expenditures for the appropriate budgetary approval and for the authorization from the department director or designee. The attached consolidated check register represents the payments issued for January 2026. In accordance with GCS ? 37202, the Director of Finance or designee hereby certifies to the accuracy of the following demands and to the availability of funds for payment. Following is a summary and totals for each type of payment issued in January.
