ABSTRACT
This item requests approval to accept a previously unaccepted offer of dedication for a drainage easement on a portion of Lot 31 of Tract Map 21151 and to execute a quitclaim deed reserving the easement to the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The easement supports an existing storm drain facility and formalizes maintenance access consistent with prior development agreements following the City's incorporation. The action clarifies property interests and involves no physical changes or fiscal impact.

Accept the offer of dedication and approve the Quitclaim Deed to reserve a drainage easement over a portion of Lot 31 granted to the County of Riverside on Tract Map 21151; and

Authorize the City Manager to execute the Quitclaim Deed of Easement.

DISCUSSION
On February 6, 1990, the County of Riverside approved and filed Tract Map 21151, which included a dedication for public drainage easement purposes for a portion of Lot 31 (Map 21151 Dedication). This offer of dedication was not accepted by Riverside County on the map at the time of recordation.

This pertains to a subdivision that was developed in the early 1990s by Robert H. Lintz, along Gibraltar Road off of Los Alamos Road between Vista Murrieta and Hancock Avenue.
