RECOMMENDATION
recommendation
Approve the Annual Renewal with Tyler Technologies for the EnerGov Land Management System Software for the period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025; and

Adopt Resolution No. 24-4789, entitled: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Murrieta, California, Authorizing the Expenditure of Funds Related to Annual Renewal Costs of the Agreement for Land Management System Software with Tyler Technologies, Inc.

PRIOR ACTION/VOTE
On November 5, 2019, the City Council approved Resolution No. 19-4173, which authorized entering into an agreement (Agreement) with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of the land management system software generally referred to as Energov (Vote: 5-0)1.

On April 20, 2021, the City Council approved Resolution No. 21-4384, authorizing the expenditure of funds related to the annual renewal costs of the agreement for the land management system software generally referred to as EnerGov (Vote: 5-0)2.

On October 18, 2022, the City Council authorized a first amendment for additional licensing and changes to the City's software configuration (Vote: 5-0)3.

On September 5, 2023, the City Council authorized a second amendment for data conversion services (Vote: 5-0).

On July 2, 2024, the City Council authorized a third amendment for additional software licenses and enhanced customer support services (Vote 5-0).
