ABSTRACT
Library staff have determined that modifications and additional items are necessary for the original Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) order with J.K. Miklin, Inc., dba Yamada Enterprises, for the Murrieta Children's Library Expansion Project.
RECOMMENDATION

Approve an Amendment to the Agreement with J.K. Miklin, Inc., dba Yamada Enterprises, for the purchase and installation of additional commodities for the Murrieta Children's Library Expansion Project in an amount not-to-exceed $29,465.31; and

Approve a project contingency amount of $84,388, based on the entire Yamada Enterprises budget, to cover unforeseen issues and bonding costs; and

Authorize the City Manager, and/or their designee, to execute all necessary documents to facilitate the purchase in a form approved by the City Attorney.
