ABSTRACT
At the February 26, 2026, City Council Workshop, the City Council reviewed and affirmed the
City's tiered priority framework to guide organizational planning, resource allocation, and implementation of key City initiatives. Since that workshop, staff has continued advancing projects across all three (3) priority tiers. This report memorializes the prioritization established at the February 2026 Workshop, identifies projects completed since that date, and is presented for the City Council to receive and file.

PRIOR ACTION/VOTE
On February 26, 2026, the City Council held a workshop to review the City's priority projects using the established tiered prioritization framework and affirmed the prioritization of City Council priorities (Non-action item).
On February 10, 2025, the City Council held a workshop to review the City's top priorities through a tiered system (Non-action item).
On July 31, 2024, the City Council held a workshop to establish a tiered list of the City's projects based on factors such as priority and funding availability (Non-action item).
