Following up on Council Member DeForest’s December 16, 2025, request, and the City Attorney review of the letter sent by the California Department of Public Health, provided at the January 20, 2026 City Council meeting, staff will provide an update and seek direction from the City Council on whether this future agenda item should be brought back for further consideration.
