PRIOR ACTION/VOTE
At its meeting of July 24, 2024 the Planning Commission continued this item to its meeting of August 14, 2024 at the Applicant’s request.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Applicant’s proposal is for a DP and CUP to construct and operate a 4,995 square feet auto and tire shop on a 0.68-net acre site, known as the MTA Tire Shop. The project site is located east of Madison Avenue (approximately 1,200 feet south of Murrieta Hot Springs Road) and is comprised of Assessor Parcel Number (APN: 910-490-015).
BACKGROUND
The Applicant has requested an additional continuance with no specific return date. Staff will re-notice the public hearing to notify surrounding property owners and interested parties of the items’ return to the Planning Commission.
