On July 24, 2024 the Planning Commission continued the Development Agreement to August 14, 2024. As negotiations with the Applicant are still ongoing, there is no specific return date to the Planning Commission for this item. The item will be re-noticed for the public’s benefit pursuant to state law and the City’s Development Code.
